The Embassy of Rwanda to the People's Republic of China wishes to announce to Rwandans living in China that with immediate effect the Embassy has started issuing consular cards. • Applicants must upload a Rwandan identification document (ID or Passport) 
• After signing up and applying for the consular card, you will receive its DIGITAL copy via email and in your account on the new application portal once your application is approved.

The Embassy seizes this moment to inform that moving forward, all Rwandans seeking consular services must provide a copy of their consular cards. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
