Ambassador James Kimonyo presented his credentials to H.E. President Tô Lâm
On 17th September 2024, Ambassador James Kimonyo, presented his credentials to His Excellency Tô Lâm, President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, as Rwanda's Non-Resident Ambassador to Viet Nam. He conveyed greetings from His Excellency President Paul Kagame and reaffirmed Rwanda's commitment to strengthening bilateral ties between the two countries.
