Ambassador Kimonyo Called on RCA China to Play Active Role in Accelerating Implementation of (NST2)
On 13th December 2025, members of the Rwandan Community living in China gathered at the Embassy for the Youth Forum 2025.
In his remarks, Ambassador James Kimonyo highlighted the vital role of the Rwandan diaspora in accelerating the implementation of Rwanda’s National Strategy for Transformation (NST2).
He stressed that staying well-informed about the country’s vision and policies is essential for making meaningful contributions and for effectively countering misinformation.
The forum also provided participants with an opportunity to reflect on the year's accomplishments and exchange ideas on how to achieve even greater success in contributing to Rwanda's development throughout 2026.
