THE EMBASSY HOSTED DIPLOMATS TO A BRIEFING ON REGIONAL PEACE AND SECURITY
On 11th March 2025, the Embassy hosted diplomats from various missions accredited to Beijing for a briefing on regional peace and security, focusing on the on the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
The briefing explored the conflict's root causes and ongoing initiatives aimed at resolving it.
Speaking at the event, Ambassador James Kimonyo reiterated Rwanda's commitment to peaceful solutions while steadfastly safeguarding its national security and territorial integrity.
